  September 6, 2015 - Rose's everywhere should take notice. Clean, taught, slightly underripe strawberry, puckering good acidity, lingering flavors. Versatile for so many foods-tonight was salad: butter lettuce, avocado, orange segments, red onion, cilantro-lime vinaigrette. Elote. Heirloom tomato salad. Carne adsada tacos, guac. The wine fit each dish. Can't get enough of this. Fucking fantastic and fits my palate as good as any wine can. Ian!
