Community Tasting Note

September 14, 2015 - I love the extra bit of dryness on the champagne. It gives it a biting acidity that I actually think goes against the natural oxidative style of Selosse. Full of bright apple fruit and minerality, focused but still plush with flavor. Really nice.

9/14/15, 10:41 PM - Thanks for your note. "Extra bit of dryness" always welcomed! Interesting...we have two bottles in the cellar and we were thinking of waiting a few more years before sipping. What do you think?

9/15/15, 6:52 AM - Really depends on the disgorgement date. I think if 2010 or before, wouldn't hurt to try one. But I've really liked the initiale's I've had from the 02/03 disgorge so maybe patience will reward you. Wish I had a better answer :(

9/15/15, 5:10 PM - Very good answer as disgorgement date très important! Thanks!!!
