  November 16, 2007 - Fairly austere -- hard to say if this is all it has to show, or if it has shut down and requires several years (I tend towards the latter). Fait bouquet is of sour cherries and perhaps roses, but the "cherry" and "sour" are slightly disjointed. Distinctly acidic and hot in the mouth. Tried again after 18 hours; alcohol has dissipated somewhat but wine has not opened further.
