  October 3, 2015 - On a pop and pour, both my fiancée and I found it to be a bit thick and muddled, with an almost tar-like flavor. We let the glasses sit for an hour and that made a huge difference. It turned into a wine dominated by red fruit with just a bit of a kick to it. Give it some more time in the bottle or decant.
