  September 22, 2015 - Winemakers Dinner på Operakällaren i Stockholm med Priscilla Incisa della Rocchetta från Tenuta San Guido.
  Vi provade sida vid sida 2004, 2006, 2009 och 2012.
  Cabernet Sauvignon 85% och Cabernet Franc 15%.
  Utan tvekan det kraftfullaste av dessa viner. Väl tilltagen söt och mogen frukt, tjära, vanilj och lite rökiga toner. Fin syra som väger upp den söta kraftfulla frukten, silkiga tanniner i bakgrunden som man kunde fått lite mer av. Långt och smakrikt slut.

  10/3/15, 6:06 PM - Thanks for your note and rating. We used Google Translate to understand. We have yet to open our case thinking it too young. We like the "vanilla and slightly smoky notes" and "silky tannins" you mentioned. Perhaps worthwhile trying now?

  10/4/15, 7:15 AM - If you have a case I would definitely open a bottle now. The wines I have in cases I always find it interesting to follow the development over the years. Some wines are very good already young.
