October 10, 2015 - A lovely, full Barossa Shiraz, which was an excellent addition to roasted rib-eye off the bar. It had rich blackberry flavours with just a hint of black currant (cassis). Smooth, deep and easy on the nose. (Opened for four hours prior to drinking).
