  October 18, 2015 - Round and a bit fatty for my taste.
  Due to the low acidity, it also taste a bit flabby.
  
  But, it has a balanced fruity profile that makes it a pleasant drink. The high alcohol didn't bother me at all. It needs 1hr decant though. We were drinking it too fast.
