October 20, 2015 - Seemed /slightly/ more rounded and more body than previous vintages. Still delicious. Paired well with simply prepared steelhead, as it always does with most seafood. We go through 2+ cases of this a year when we can get it. A perennial Rimmerman favourite at $10/bottle.
