  October 26, 2015 - Popped and poured. Drank over the following 90 minutes. The wine was drinking well right out of the gate, though I would still recommend a 60-90 minute decant as the wine tasted the best towards the end of dinner. It is very dark in color. Great nose and still plenty of fruit on the mid-palate. Very smooth wine & nice long finish. Not sure you really need to wait much longer to drink it.
