October 24, 2015 - 2015 New York Wine Experience Trip; 10/19/2015-10/27/2015 (New York City, NY): Fresh and focused, this straw-colored sparkler delivers intense aromatics and a brisk, tiny bead. Slate, citrus, toasted brioche, apricot and almond are found on the nose as well as on the racy palate. Despite its finesse and elegance, this wine has substantial richness and a creamy mouth texture from its effervescence. Very long and crisp on the finish, this is a classic-quality blanc de blancs which will have substantial longevity. Drink now-2032.

Great to read this barely legal wine already is showing so well...we might have to reconsider...patience, particularly with good reviews, is an even more tempting virtue than usual ;-)
