  November 22, 2007 - Drank with an excellent filet of beef and fried parisien potatoes. Opened the bottle 30 minutes before serving, and was delighted to see a beautiful ruby red color. Decanted at once, and consumed the bottle over a 90 minute period. Each refill was more outstanding than the previous, until the last drops were gone. So it oxidized quickly, but attained full fruit and flavor after 60 minutes or so. Way beyond expectations, and if you have one, drink it NOW.
