  October 31, 2015 - Opened a magnum for my wife's 50th birthday at Le Pressior in St. Martin. Brought bottle from the states but was amazing. It is red velvet on the mouth just as I remembered. This was my epiphany wine back in 1996. It was the perfect wine for the private dinner with friends. Have one more 750 and will open next year for 25th wedding anniversary.
  
  The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like mushroom, red currant and black currant (cassis). The body is full. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
