  November 22, 2015 - Lemon and nectarine aromas with subtle oak. Rich wine, but acid seemed quite high on days 1 and 2, softening on day 3. Matched fantastically on day 3 with a rich, creamed corn polenta and chicken. Tasted best on day 3. Score likely to improve with a further couple of years in bottle. Leave remaining bottle until 2017+
