November 23, 2015 - Needs. More. Time. From the list at Elévage across from Bern's. Pure, focused, got soooo much better with air and warming up. Let the sulphur blow off, then get in with the exotic honeysuckle-laced tropical fruit with a vuttery buttress. Really great with swordfish.
