November 28, 2015 - Fine bubbles in the glass and a classic medium lemon colour.
Clean on the nose: aromas are well defined and the yeasty character is clearly perceivable, but not exaggerated (bread dough, pastry). Vanilla and nutty hints makes it even more appealing and gives an impression of roundness and softness. Ripe stone fruit complete the picture.
In the mouth the bubbles feels fine, the creamy texture is very pleasant and gives weight to the palate. Acidity is relatively low for a Champagne: the wine is not flabby, but i would put i more on the rich side of the spectrum.
The finish is delicate, but the nuttiness and vanilla character linger in the palate for some 20 seconds.
I like soft champagnes more than crispy ones, so my rating also reflects my taste, but I find this one quite good, especially because it is not that expensive (not the cheapest either, but still budget friendly)1 person found this helpful 3,563 views

8/5/16, 9:43 AM - This is my favourite NV Champagne too, I like softer Champagnes also. Do you drink it as an aperitif or with a meal? Would you age the Champagne or drink it straight away.
