  November 29, 2015 - Incredibly deep colour, pure Noblesse - cedar wood, ripe cassis fruit, mocha latteish - this goes on in the mouth, very smooth and rounded fruit, very drinkable but not open yet and lacking the slight sweetness of mature wines. Still outstanding, but something to be left in the cellar another 5 years.
