December 3, 2015 - HDH holiday tasting (Chicago, IL): I'm not too sure that this will become a convincing Ruinart for me. This bottle came across as quite light, with lots of acidity and minerality, but at the same time, suffering from a bit of bitterness on the back end and finish.
