Community Tasting Note

December 4, 2015 - I love Grenache, even when it veers towards ripe and candied, but this is a chore to drink. Flabby plum, candied flowers, and some minerality as it gains air. A sticky, ponderous sweetness overwhelms and doesn't encourage another sip. Will labor through my remaining bottle and move on.

Although, I'm starting to second-guess myself a little, especially with the last post that compared this to light pinot -- maybe the bottle I had wasn't representative? I'm going to reach out to the guy that I split the LB four pack with and see if he'll pop one of the corks and chime in.
