December 6, 2015 - Tasted blind. Clear, medium(+) straw. The nose is clean, with green apple, lemon zest, white peach, white flowers, some grassiness and some mineral notes. The palate is dry, consistent with the nose, with medium (+) acidity, moderate alcohol (12%) and a touch of salinity on the finish. I did not pick up on the typical sur lie yeast and dough aromas, perhaps because it is still very young. A tasty and fun wine.
