December 11, 2015 - I pulled this as I thought it might be drinking early but quite disappointed. I can see that somebody said this was similar to CdC but only saw that in its acidity not in the mineral content. Citrus dominates with Meyer lemons and some grapefruit with pith included. Some toasty brioche appears on the nose but doesn't really come through on the palate. Overall I think this is shut down completely and will come out of this funk but it will sit another 10 years before I open my last bottle. Definitely not a Baby Salon tonight. Harsh and closed. I put half a bottle in the fridge and will check in on this tomorrow. It was consumed with a seafood pot pie, which was a clever name for shellfish in a Sherry cream sauce over baked filo dough. Hold.
