December 13, 2015 - Opened up and quickly decanted off the sediment with a nose of mushrooms and wet forest floor. After around two hours, the nose transformed into tar and roses, and then the primary fruit began to come about with some kirsch like cherries. The fruit began to resemble red cherries after around 3 hours and the finish was very long. 5th hour was magical. Drink up.
