December 15, 2015 - Drank in a bar, no decanter. Initially quite tight, raspberry, red cherry, strawberry, medium bodied and a little acidic and tannic still, however a long red fruit finish. This is built to age, try again 2022. Enormous potential.

1/19/18, 3:57 AM - Must admit I have since ear marked 2022-2024 for mine. Probably leaning towards 2024, 12 years seems to be a good time to try higher end SA shiraz these days in my humble opinion.

1/19/18, 12:49 PM - I will look out for your review down to the track to see what you think of it. I'm going by Halliday who says drink by 2030. Maybe leaving it too close to the drink by date isn't always the best. I do cellar my wine at 14 degrees so as to slow the ageing process slightly. :D
