  December 19, 2015 - Opened it and let it breathe in the bottle for about 4 hours before I began to drink it. Being opened for that long really helped the wine open up. It was the best Barbour I have had yet. The nose was wonderful and very expressive. It was very smooth, lots of fruit on the mid-palate and at least a 60 second finish. The wine still has plenty of life left.
