  December 24, 2015 - A golden yellow champagne with smooth bubbles. Bright and shiny, degorge in Nov 2011 (11 years on lees). Yeasty and citrus fruit on nose. Creamy in textile, grapefruit, lemon, zest, yeasty, biscuits, bread and some vanilla on palate, which form the complexity of the Champagne. Long finish.
