  December 11, 2015 - Notes of ripe red berry and currant fruit, spice, dark licorice, herbs. Dry w/ crisp acidity, fine tannin and a medium finish. I found this as the biggest yet for this bottling. Still a bit young and primary, should hold for 6-12 months. But did settle down and opened up nicely after a few hours to breathe.
