Not as much "US-fruit" as last time, but still has more of a cab nose than sangiovese, even if there is only 20% cab. Nice green notes on top. Fresh acidity and mature tannins, which yields a good balance to the sweetness of fruit. Very good with food (as is usually the case with the tart sangiovese!)
