  January 2, 2016 - Sim. notes to previous tasting. Except......... This wine was popped, decanted and paired with baby back ribs smothered in bar-b-que sauce then saved for the next day. On the 2nd day this wine was still going strong, intense black cherries and spice on the nose, penetrating fruit, heavy bodied, mouth coating, chewy, well structured. The wine's acidity kicks in with well integrated tannins and heat. Beautiful!
