  January 3, 2016 - This is a pretty big wine and was very tight when I opened it. It needs about 2-3 hours of decanting to really open up and show everything that it had. So when I first opened it and tasted it, I would have agreed with the lower ratings that last few have given this wine. However, if you can be patient and let it breathe and open up, it will turn into a much better bottle of wine. The nose was very fragrant after a couple of hours. Lots of fruit on the mid-palate and a decent 30+ second finish.
