  January 3, 2016 - Opened and decanted it for about 2 hours prior to drinking it. IT had a nice nose and good amount of fruit. The finish was pretty good also. Definitely recommending decanting it prior to drinking as there is a lot of sentiment and it needs a lot of time to open up. Even though this is the cheaper Seavey Cab, it is still pretty big and young.
