  January 4, 2016 - Teeth staining, tongue staining, glass staining darkness, never ending legs, fair amount of sediment. Dense, deep, ripe, full bodied.
  
  i wanted to criticize this wine for its lack of structure but couldn't stop sipping it long enough....so forget it, it seduced me.
  
  Smooth, soft, velvety, just pop n pour it...that is the new Caymus style.....no doubt about it. It's a restaurant/steakhouse style wine now. I see no point in holding this wine, it is what it is right now. Decadent, voluptuous, and so smooth. Drank with a T-bone steak dinner.
