  January 8, 2016 - Nose of brioche, palate is quite full with plenty of fruit depth, supported by spice and oak. Lovely acidity and balance which finishes long and fresh. A very well put together Pinot dominated blend which should slightly improve over the short term but drinking very good now. Paired well with prawns and soft shell crab sailing around Sydney Harbour.
