  January 15, 2016 - Adobo Dinner (Home (Noe st)): Classic Medoc. Surprisingly intense cassis. Integrated oak spice and Brett furry spice. Some savoriness and sweet tobacco from early development. Medium body. Medium alcohol. Medium acid. Medium tannins. Satiny and elegant. This is in a great place - well-integrated and interesting enough to command attention. It could get way better with age.
