  January 17, 2016 - Funk. Macerated dried cherry, cranberry, black raspberry, grilled meat, smoke, wet granite, charr d herbs and smoke on finish.
  High viscosity, medium body, medium water band.
  Might not be quite peaking, but close. Nice complexity with good balance.
  Perhaps a bit too much smoke as the only downfall.
