  January 18, 2016 - Decanted and pour back into the rinsed bottle two hours before re-opening. Improved and opened up over the next two hours. Classic Lynch Bages “dust”, bright red fruit and savory spice. Hard to believe this was almost 27 years’ old, tasted very young and fresh – simply stunning.
