  December 10, 2007 - I actually opened this to use as a bottle for the cellar thermometer as the previous two were oxidized. It turned out to be a nice bottle of aged white burgundy. Nose was all citrus and palate exhibited lemon zest framed by vanilla. The acid was gone so drink the next one soon if we are lucky.
