  January 30, 2016 - Ruby color with very little bricking. Bing and black cherries, some raspberry, and assorted hints of sweet Oak, tobacco, hard leather and dried herbs. The wine took about an hour to fully come around. Very little sediment. This would have scored much higher but for the slightly thin mid palate and a finish that was only about 10 to 15 seconds. A lovely bottle that would have been just as wonderful 3 to 5 years from now.
