January 31, 2016 - First rate Bordeaux Blanc firmly in its drinking window. Classic flavours of lemon zest, apricot, oak toast and a touch of pineapple perfectly balanced with a refreshing acidity. Complex, rich and exciting. Delighted that I have a case to get through!
