  February 3, 2016 - This has taken on some secondary notes since my last bottle four years ago. Honeyed pineapple dominates the palate, with slate building on the long finish. Notable sweetness is balanced beautifully by the acid. One reviewer said it is time to drink up; I beg to differ, if provenance is good. This should have a long life ahead of it, though it is delightful at present.
