February 6, 2016 - Straw yellow. Intense nose with notes of gooseberries, black currant leaves and wood. Rich, aromatic and full bodied taste with nice acidity and notes of gooseberries, black currant leaves, wood, lime and some elderflower. Good length! 100 % sauvignon blanc, but still typic Bordeaux Blanc. Excellent wine!
