February 7, 2016 - Quite dark still. The aromas of Malbec overwhelmed almost all contribution made by the 30% of Cabernet. Blackberry and some scents of roasted coffee are echoed in the mouth which also showed some overtones of cocoa powder. The nose and the fruit seemed to gain weight for the first hour or two. Medium plus finish.Tannins were almost resolved but there seems no great urgency in drinking this.
