  February 10, 2016 - Candied citrus, woody honey, slightly drying mouthfeel, superb sugar/acid balance, clean finish. Not intensely sweet, this has some shared character with a teenage Auslese, though with a little more weight and sugar. I think this is drinking beautifully now and don't see any need to wait. Quite a delight. 12.5%
