  February 20, 2016 - Neat wine. Translucent color to the point of vanishing. Slight menthol on the nose and some red berry. Mouthfeel was light but the palate was medium bodied. Aggressive acidity that did soften over time.
  A minimal intervention wine that I suspect gets you closer to what Pinot noir from Burgundy should be. 12.5% alch
