  Cork Type: 1 + 1
  Nose/Bouquet: nice black cherry and chocolate in the background
  Flavor/Palate: Smooth Strawberry and black cherry with hints of red raspberry. A complex body that is very full
  Finish: Nice oaky and soft tannins that turn away into vanilla coffee
  Color: Dark Ruby Red wit a purple/lavendar tinge
  Chill Factor: 62 F
  Decanter/Breathing time: 20 minutes, but not really neccessary
  Potential: Could Cellar until 2011, but can drink right away
  Food: Good before, during and after dinner. We drank it with a Gourmet Chicken Dinner
  Overall Opinion: This is an Excellent Periquita Blend. We would buy this vintage again. Another nice easy wine workout for the palate.
