  February 28, 2016 - Just a hint of color. Unripe pineapple on the nose. Lime and quince on the palate with an undercurrent of chalky minerality. Great balance. On the lighter side of medium bodied. Long, mouthwatering finish. At $14 from Vin Chicago, a steal. Would be great as a summer sipper. Good with or without food. Screwcap. Should age beautifully, but hard to resist now. Back up the truck.
