  August 19, 2005 - Had a first taste last night with my Pan Grilled NY Strip. The wine was average Cali Cab at first showing, good with the meal but nothing more there. However after dinner I caught more of the syrah peeking through on the nose and the finish. Gonna pick up a couple more to see how it does by itself without the food.
