March 6, 2016 - Ostensibly this has everything going for it - fruit, acid, tannin, and great drinkability. But I'm wondering if young Brunello should be a bit more unforgiving, with more acid and tannin. It'd be nice to find some other 2010s like that.

Been a while since I've popped a bottle, but the 2010 Casanova Di Neri Brunello (White label) might be what you're looking for, if you're interested in finding a young, tannic Brunello. I'm a fan of Casanova Di Neri. Typically, quite extracted and tannic, but very high quality, sweet and fine-grained tannins. Cheers!
