  March 7, 2016 - Drank our last bottle with sous vide grouse. Fantastic. Wine is both soft and complex and filled with delicious fruit (and a bunch of other great stuff, I'm sure).

  3/8/16, 10:42 PM - I basically just SV'd the breasts (which I'd brined already for about 8 hours) at 50C for about an hour or two. Tender, flavourful, straightforward. Overall, pretty good!
