  December 20, 2007 - This Cab from Chateau St. Michelle (pop and pour) catches your eye with deep, dark, purple color. It exhibits a sweet smelling nose of dark fruit, toasted oak and cinnamon. Chewy on the palette with big tannins and good mouth feel. Lucious dark fruit and a nice dry finish define this wine. Despite its youth, this wine is drinking very well now.
