    Classic Duck Rillette

The wine is clear, with deep ruby colour and legs.

On the nose it is clean, with medium plus to pronounced intensity of aroma characteristic of jaminess, black fruits, cassis, spice, chocolate and bouquet flower.

On the palate it is dry, low acidity, medium minus tannin, 15% alcohol, full body, with flavours of black fruits, earth, chocolate, spice, pepper, and tar. Long finish. Very good quality wine that can drink now but has potential for aging.
