Community Tasting Note

  March 19, 2016 - Based on other recent tasting notes for this wine I can only guess that mine was slightly tainted. On opening there was a massive wall of tannin which dissipated with some decanting so that the (still very) primary fruit started to show but it never lost its slightly stalky, bitter edge. I've enjoyed this wine in other vintages so I'm going to put this down to bad luck.
